Reward policy
First professional fights are unpaid — competing is the athlete’s own investment in their career. Prize money is reserved for the Main Event, Final Four winners, special scholarships, and development contracts.

After several editions, HEROES will select the most promising young fighters from Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, the Netherlands, England, and Turkey — a pipeline for a new generation of European champions.
