1.Who operates this website

This website is operated by HEROES MOLDOVA — CONTENDER SERIES. The full legal name, registration number and registered address are [to be completed] and will be filled in before launch.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2.What this site is and is not

• It is an informational publication about the HEROES MOLDOVA competition: events, fighters, fight cards, news, video and the social programme.
• It is not a ticket shop. Where tickets exist, the ticket button leads to an external seller, and the purchase, payment, delivery and any refunds are governed by that seller’s terms, not these.
• It does not sell goods, does not create visitor accounts, and hosts no comments or publicly uploaded content.

3.Event information can change

Dates, times, venues, fight cards and fighter names published here reflect the information available when they were published. In combat sports a card changes often: injuries, weigh-in issues, medical or officiating decisions.

An announced fight is not a guarantee that the fight will take place, and a published fight card is not a contractual commitment to the public. We reserve the right to change the schedule, the card or the format of an event.

In case of postponement or cancellation, ticket-related rights are handled through the seller you bought the ticket from.

4.Fighter applications

Submitting the application form is not a confirmed entry and creates no contract. It is a candidacy that the HEROES team reviews. Fighter selection is at the organiser’s discretion, based on level, weight class, discipline, the availability of a suitable opponent and the necessary medical clearances.

First professional fights are unpaid — competing is the athlete’s own investment in their career. Prize money is reserved for the Main Event, Final Four winners, special scholarships, and development contracts.

Medical requirements, licensing, the competition rulebook and any athlete contract are separate documents, provided to selected fighters: [to be completed].

You confirm that the information you send (record, weight, video links) is accurate and that you have the right to share the material you link to.

5.Partnership enquiries

The partnership form is a request to get in touch. It is not an offer, it does not reserve a sponsorship package, and it binds neither party. A partnership exists only under a signed contract.

6.Intellectual property

The HEROES MOLDOVA name and logo, the visual identity, the texts, photographs and video published on this site belong to the operator or its licensors. They may not be copied, modified or used commercially without written permission.

You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the original page. For press material (high-resolution photographs, logos, event information), contact us through the contact page.

Partner logos and third-party material remain the property of their owners and appear here with their permission.

7.External links and services

This site links to services we do not control: YouTube for video, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook for social media, and external ticketing platforms. On those sites their own terms and policies apply, not ours.

YouTube videos load only after you press play. The details are in the privacy policy.

8.Availability of the site

The site is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and we may change, move or remove content and features, including without prior notice.

You must not attempt to bypass the site’s protections, scrape content at scale, flood the forms, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

9.Liability

The operator’s limitations of liability must be drafted by a lawyer, in line with applicable law and with consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract: [to be completed]. Until that review, this text asserts no limitation of liability at all.

Taking part in combat sports involves real physical risk. The safety rules, medical requirements and insurance that apply to fighters are set out separately, in the competition documents.
